💼 Experience- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Experience in a Software Company, IT-Enabled Service, B2B Software, or Software/Technology Startup will be preferred.
The candidate should have strong working knowledge of:
- PHP
- Laravel Framework
- MySQL
- HTML & CSS
- Bootstrap
- JavaScript / jQuery
- AJAX
- MVC Architecture
- RESTful API Design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality software.

Web Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop and maintain database-driven applications using MySQL.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and application bugs within appropriate timelines.
Code Review & Optimization
- Review existing codebases and implement improvements.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Technical Solution Development
- Analyze client and business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Documentation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, code documentation, development processes, and relevant technical specifications.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, development practices, and industry trends.
- Apply relevant knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new features and solutions.
BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
