WE’RE HIRING: PHOTO EDITOR / IMAGE RETOUCHER

CATS EYE is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor / Image Retoucher to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouch, edit, and enhance product and campaign images according to professional brand standards
• Correct exposure, white balance, contrast, lighting, shadows, and product colours
• Maintain the accuracy of fabric textures, check/stripe/Jacquard patterns, stitching, buttons, labels, and other product details.
• Remove wrinkles, dust, pins, stains, unwanted objects, and visual imperfections while keeping products natural and realistic
• Perform background removal, masking, clipping paths, image manipulation, and compositing when required.
• Maintain consistent colour, lighting, size, alignment, and visual quality across product-image collections
• Resize, crop, sharpen, compress, and export images for websites, e-commerce, social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Ensure images are web-ready and optimized without compromising visual quality
• Organize source files, edited files, and final exports using proper file names and folder structures
• Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and the marketing and e-commerce teams
• Manage multiple image-editing assignments and meet campaign and publishing deadlines

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in photo editing or image retouching
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom will be considered an advantage
• Strong skills in product retouching, colour correction, masking, clipping paths, background removal, image manipulation, and compositing
• Excellent understanding of colour accuracy, lighting, texture, resolution, image formats, and web optimization
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain the original appearance of fashion products
• Ability to work efficiently with a high volume of images while maintaining consistent quality
• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce image retouching will be strongly preferred
• A relevant portfolio containing product-retouching work is mandatory
