Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a candidate based in Bangladesh who is passionate about healthcare and eager to support patients and pharmacists in the U.S. Working closely with our pharmacists, you’ll play a key role in managing prescriptions, ensuring accurate billing, and updating patient information, helping us deliver seamless and effective pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and process incoming prescriptions, including e-prescriptions and faxes.
• Handle billing and insurance verification for new prescriptions and refills.
• Update and maintain patient insurance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve issues related to unbilled prescriptions to minimize delays and errors.
• Communicate regularly with the store manager and pharmacist to ensure all protocols are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all patient records and transactions.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Pharmacy is required.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with PrimeRx or similar pharmacy software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
