- Manage and maintain the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or forward as required
- Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items
- Arrange travel plans including flight booking, hotel reservation, and itineraries
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and maintain proper filing systems
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and programs
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and executive information
- Experience:
- Education: association of chartered certified accountants (acca )
- Skills: office management, administrative tasks, executive administrative assistance, executive support, office assistance, executive calendar management, c-level executive support, administrative support, secretarial skills
