- Develop production patterns based on customer specifications and technical drawings.
- Create and revise paper and digital patterns.
- Prepare grading and pattern corrections.
- Work closely with Product Development and Technical teams.
- Ensure pattern accuracy before sample production.
- Support proto, SMS, PPS, and bulk production.
- Analyze construction methods and recommend improvements.
- Prepare technical documents and pattern records.
- Coordinate with IE and Production during new style introduction.
- Solve pattern-related production issues.
- Support continuous improvement in product engineering.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: diploma in textile engineering
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, pattern making, garment production, garment industry knowledge, production engineering, patternmaking, garment manufacturing, textile industry knowledge, manufacturing engineering
