Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to develop strategic partnerships, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business and collaboration opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and networker who can confidently engage with corporate organizations, educational institutions, government bodies, development organizations, technology companies, startups, and other potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners.
• Develop partnership proposals, MoUs, collaboration plans, and business development initiatives.
• Understand partner requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for expansion and long-term collaboration.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, exhibitions, networking events, and industry engagements.
• Monitor partnership activities, maintain regular communication, and prepare relevant reports.
• Achieve assigned partnership, business development, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Relationship Management, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong professional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with corporate organizations, educational institutions, government/development organizations, or technology companies.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business development tools will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and attend client/partner meetings when required.
