Job Description
Position Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full Time (On Site)
Salary: Competitive Package + KPI Bonus
Deadline: Urgent Basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR & conversion performance.
- Set up GA4, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking.
- Conduct audience research, creative testing & budget pacing.
- Run weekly performance reporting to agency standard.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of Paid Media / Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Pixel & event tracking.
- Strong analytical and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualification:
- SEO knowledge.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Email marketing & automation knowledge.
- Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
