- Supervise daily packing operations.
- Ensure packing follows buyer packing manuals and specifications.
- Verify labels, barcodes, polybags, cartons, and accessories before shipment.
- Monitor packing quality and prevent packing-related defects.
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Planning, and Shipping departments.
- Ensure correct carton assortment and shipment accuracy.
- Monitor packing productivity and manpower utilization.
- Maintain FIFO and packing material inventory.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and compliance.
- Prepare daily packing reports and shipment status updates.
- Support loading inspections and final shipment audits.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
- Skills: picking and packing, packing, shipment coordination, pick and pack, warehouse operations, packaging engineering, warehouseoperations, warehouse safety, shipping and receiving, packaging
