Job Description
Conduct quality inspections of beef before and after the packaging process.
Ensure accurate weight measurement, proper sealing, and correct labeling of each package.
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the packaging process.
Identify defects or irregularities and report them to the supervisor promptly.
Prepare and maintain daily QC reports and relevant documentation.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
Diploma in Food Technology is preferred.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in meat processing or food packaging QC.
Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational qualification requirements.
Experience Required:
- 2 to 4 years
Additional Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures in meat processing.
• Ability to work in a cold storage or meat processing environment.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.
• Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
