Role Description The Ozone Chain role at Ozonechain is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The individual in this role will support daily operations related to Ozonechain’s blockchain and technology projects, including monitoring system performance, assisting with implementation of new features, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities may include collecting and organizing project-related data, preparing documentation and reports, supporting internal and external communications, and ensuring adherence to company processes and standards. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to identify operational issues, proposing improvements, and helping maintain a secure and efficient working environment. The position requires consistent on-site presence to work closely with team members and stakeholders in Dhaka.
Qualifications

• Ability to understand and work with technology-driven products, preferably in blockchain or related digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including experience preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and capacity to follow established processes while suggesting improvements.
• Comfort working full time on-site in Dhaka and managing responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Relevant academic background in business, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
• Prior experience in technology, operations, or project coordination roles is an advantage.
