Role Description The Owner role at Softvence is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Owner is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, setting business goals, and overseeing overall operations across departments. Typical day-to-day tasks include monitoring financial performance, guiding business development efforts, supervising key projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, making data-informed decisions, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders. The Owner also ensures compliance with local regulations and implements policies that support sustainable growth and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities, with experience guiding diverse teams.
• Proven skills in business strategy, planning, and operations management, preferably in a growing organization.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh and commit to a full-time leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using digital tools and software for project management, collaboration, and reporting.
