As an Outreach Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads to help expand our client base. This is a fully remote, full-time position that offers a solid base salary along with highly rewarding performance-based commissions.

📈 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated by our internal SAAS and AI systems.

• Deliver highly persuasive pitches, effectively communicating the value of Xenon Studios to key decision-makers.

• Confidently navigate live conversations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects to a successful close.

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients.

• Log all calls, follow-ups, and conversion metrics accurately within our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and continuously improve closing strategies.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or a similar sales-oriented role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.

• Familiarity with modern CRM software, email automation tools, and LinkedIn lead generation.

• A self-starter mentality with the discipline to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines simultaneously.

💼 Compensation & Structure

1. • Base Salary: 25,000/- (Note: Base salary is tied to achieving a baseline target of 5 successful client conversions)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 15% commission on successfully closed projects.

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)
