Position: Outlet Operation Sales Executive

Salary: 10,000–15,000/month

Compensation: Additional ৳40 per day as Compensation/Allowance

Work Location: Outlet, CTG

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily sales and operations of the outlet.
• Provide customers with accurate information about products and ensure successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Actively work toward achieving sales targets.
• Increase sales and Average Order Value (AOV) through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor product display, stock levels, and product availability at the outlet.
• Accurately update every sale in the POS/Software/System.
• Prepare daily sales reports and other required operational reports.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, discipline, and proper brand presentation.
• Inform the concerned authority when stock is low or any operational issue arises.
• Follow the company’s sales policies, pricing guidelines, and SOPs properly.
• Assist with other outlet operational activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales/outlet operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Must be sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of computer/POS operations.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and a good team player.

Compensation & Benefits
