Position: Outlet Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily FOH & BOH operations and ensure smooth service.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets through effective outlet management.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, HACCP and service standards.
• Control food cost, labor cost, inventory, wastage and operational expenses.
• Lead, train and manage outlet staff, including rosters, attendance and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor cash handling, POS, stock and daily operational reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years in restaurant/QSR management (Coffee brand experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, HACCP, and QSR standards.
• Good command of English and Bangla.
