Sales & Outreach Support
Crantech is seeking an Outbound Operations Executive to support European clients with sales operations, outreach automation, and generative AI-powered administrative tasks. The role focuses on managing data workflows, outbound tools, inboxes, and supporting daily business operations. The role will also involve communicating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach Support
- Build and maintain data tables using Clay
- Set up and manage outbound tools such as Instantly and Lemlist
- Prepare and manage email copy for campaigns
- Monitor and respond to inbound leads and replies
- Manage domains, inbox warm-up, and sender setup
- Perform daily administrative support tasks
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows
- Execute small operational tasks as assigned by the client
- Clay
- Instantly / Lemlist
- Google Workspace
- Proven at least 2 years of experience as an Outbound Operations Executive
- Experience in lead generation or growth roles
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Familiarity with email outreach tools
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication skills
- Close attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working with generative AI tools and automation
- Ability to work independently in European business hours
- Experience working with EU/UK clients
