Code-Generated Reports, adding modules to support full automation and

minimize manual processes. Utilized Oracle APEX for development and 3rd

party Reports for advanced data reporting and analysis. Collaborated with

Adishtam Ventures Private Limited to implement the JJMBD Bundle Tracking

System, customizing reports to meet business needs.

Database Administration (DBA):

1. Database Installation and Configuration

• Install and configure Oracle Database software (e.g., Oracle 18c, 19c).

• Set up listener, networking, and initial database instances (CDB/PDB if

applicable).

2. Backup and Recovery Management

• Implement backup strategies using RMAN, Data Pump, or third-party

tools.

• Perform regular backups and test disaster recovery plans.

• Ensure zero data loss in critical systems (e.g., with Oracle Data Guard).

3. Performance Tuning and Optimization

• Monitor and tune SQL queries, memory usage, and disk I/O.

• Use AWR, ASH, and ADDM reports for deep performance insights.

4. User Management and Security

• Create and manage database users, roles, and privileges.

• Enforce least privilege principle.

• Use TDE (Transparent Data Encryption) and Oracle Wallets for data

security.

5. Database Patching and Upgrades

• Apply critical patch updates (CPUs) and security patches.

• Perform database version upgrades (e.g., 12c to 19c) with minimal

downtime.

6. Data Integrity and Availability

• Monitor tablespaces, redo logs, control files, and data file health.

• Use Oracle RAC or Data Guard for high availability and failover.

7. Monitoring and Alert Management

• Set up alerts for disk space, CPU usage, and long-running queries.

• Use tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) or custom scripts.

8. Automation and Scripting

• Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., backups, user audits) using Shell
