Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring workflows are efficient, and that targets are met in alignment with company standards. The Operations Supervisor will monitor staff performance, coordinate shift schedules, track production or service metrics, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety guidelines. The position involves analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth business operations. The role also requires preparing regular reports, communicating updates to management, and supporting training and development of team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Candidates should have experience in Operations and Operations Management to oversee processes, maintain efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Candidates should have effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, coordinate with other departments, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or service operations will be beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or other operational systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
