- Lead the delivery and operations of RVLs Digital Trust Services and enterprise solutions.
- Oversee customer onboarding, implementation, and service lifecycle management.
- Ensure SLA compliance, service availability, and operational excellence across all platforms.
- Coordinate product releases and operational readiness with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.
- Monitor platform performance, incident resolution, and key operational metrics.
- Support government and enterprise projects while driving process improvements and operational governance.
- Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk management initiatives.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years
