- Receive, record, and coordinate customer and catering orders.
- Coordinate orders with kitchen and production teams.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Manage storekeeping, stock receiving, issuing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report purchasing requirements.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and storage of food ingredients.
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize product and material wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards in kitchen, production, and storage areas.
- Maintain cleaning, hygiene, and operational checklists.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock control, and accountability of materials.
- Supervise workers and ensure daily operational tasks are completed properly.
- Experience: 2-4 years
