Company Description The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh is the central authority responsible for governing the nation, established under the Constitution of Bangladesh. It operates through three branches: the Executive, led by the President, Prime Minister, and Cabinet; the Legislature, represented by the Jatiya Sangsad (unicameral parliament); and the Judiciary, led by the Supreme Court. As a unitary state, the central government oversees national policy, administration, and public services across all regions of Bangladesh. The seat of the government is in Dhaka, the capital city, which serves as the core hub for decision-making and coordination across ministries and agencies.
Role Description The Operations & Growth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position supports the planning, implementation, and optimization of operational processes within relevant government departments, focusing on efficiency, service quality, and sustainable growth of programs and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the execution of projects that improve citizen-facing services. The Associate will help identify process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and resource utilization. The role also involves responding to queries, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with government objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including process coordination, workflow optimization, and basic project support.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, build constructive relationships, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, support evidence-based decision-making, and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication in English and Bangla, and the ability to present information clearly.
• Candidates should possess a customer service mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and commitment to improving citizen and stakeholder experiences.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Experience in government, public sector projects, or program operations, as well as proficiency with productivity and data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and public service are desirable.
