Company Description JoBike is the first station-less bike-sharing service in Bangladesh, offering an on-demand, app-based solution for convenient personal mobility. The service allows subscribers to unlock bicycles by scanning a barcode in the app, then leave the bikes at any suitable location when they finish their ride. Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role involves monitoring daily bike availability and distribution, coordinating with field teams to ensure bikes are functional and correctly placed, and supporting smooth service operations across the city. The Operations Associate will track usage metrics, identify operational issues, and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize fleet performance and user experience. The role includes handling customer inquiries or escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records of operational activities. The Operations Associate will also help enforce safety, maintenance, and quality standards in line with JoBike’s sustainability and service goals.

• Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and supporting process improvement.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and propose practical operational solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with users and partners.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Relevant experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or startup operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with mobile applications, basic data tools, and technology-driven operations is an advantage.
