Role Description The Operations and Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving sustainable growth for Mental Health :). This role includes coordinating cross-functional projects, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring smooth execution of content and outreach initiatives. The Operations and Growth Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities to expand reach and impact, and collaborate with the team to implement data-informed strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing operational workflows, supporting sales and partnership efforts, monitoring analytics, and communicating progress and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in driving growth through partnerships, outreach, or revenue-generating activities.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, organizing, and delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing
• Relevant experience in operations, business development, or growth-focused roles, preferably in wellness, mental health, or media.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, collaborate effectively with a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to mental health awareness, empathy, and a user-centered approach to improving everyday wellbeing
