Position: Operations & Production Officer

Company: Desi Fresh Food Project Limited

Job Location: Bahaddarhat, Chattogram
Job Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday (6 days/week)

🎓 Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing

Candidates with relevant experience in operations, production, inventory or supply chain will be preferred.

📋Job Responsibilities

1. Production Management
Plan and supervise production according to sales demand, ensuring proper quality, quantity, hygiene and timely completion.

2. Stock & Inventory Management
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Maintain stock records and calculate requirements for upcoming production and sales.

3. Sales Management
Monitor daily sales, coordinate with the sales team, manage customer orders and ensure sales targets and operational requirements are properly communicated.

4. Delivery Management
Organize and monitor daily deliveries, delivery routes, product dispatch, returns and collections to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

5. Supplier Management
Coordinate purchasing and suppliers, ensure required materials are available on time, and monitor the quality, quantity and pricing of supplies.

6. Team & Daily Operations
Coordinate staff and ensure all operational activities are completed properly and according to company procedures.

7. Reporting & Accountability
Maintain necessary operational records and provide regular reports to management and the Finance Department regarding production, sales, stock, delivery, purchasing and operational issues.
