Role Description The Online Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram. This role oversees daily online business operations, including coordinating projects, managing workflows, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope. The Online Business Manager will supervise virtual assistance activities, support e-business initiatives, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize online revenue. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and implementing systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves liaising with internal stakeholders, setting priorities, and maintaining clear documentation and communication across projects.
Qualifications

• Strong Business Management skills with experience in E-business operations and online business workflows.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate Virtual Assistance tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals and service standards.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple initiatives.
• Experience in Sales or supporting online sales channels, with an understanding of digital customer journeys.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decisions.
