Role Description The Oncology Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves supporting oncology-related operations, including coordination of clinical activities, preparing and maintaining documentation, and assisting in the implementation of oncology programs and initiatives. The Oncology Associate collaborates with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely reporting, and adherence to company standards and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include data collection and analysis, supporting oncology product training materials, engaging with internal stakeholders on oncology portfolio updates, and contributing to patient-focused projects and educational activities. The role also includes maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong background in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field, with the ability to understand oncology therapies and clinical concepts.
• Experience in clinical or medical coordination, including handling documentation, data collection, and basic data analysis in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to medical and non-medical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common digital tools used for documentation, reporting, and presentation.
• Prior experience in oncology or specialized therapeutic areas is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
