- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective corporate and industrial sales strategies
- Develop new corporate and industrial customers and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts
- Provide technical consultation and application support for lubricants in various industrial machinery and automotive systems
- Identify business opportunities through direct visits to factories, corporate offices, workshops, and project sites
- Manage and monitor ongoing corporate business, including participation in government and private tender processes
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance reviews on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and market expansion strategies to increase market share
- Introduce new products to the market and establish strong product positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver product and technical training sessions for newly recruited sales, marketing, and technical team members
- Prepare professional business proposals, technical presentations, and PowerPoint reports for management and clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: bachelor of science in petroleum engineering
