Requisition & Procurement Management
- Scrutinize purchase requisitions for accuracy and approval compliance.
- Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) ensuring alignment with demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, pricing, and lead time adherence.
- Ensure the timely delivery of quality raw materials, packaging materials, and maintenance items.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any delays or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier interactions.
- Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to track incoming shipments.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Support in optimizing transportation and delivery schedules for efficiency.
- Process supplier bills and verify them against POs and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely payment processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
