Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including product receiving, checking, storage and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through POS/ERP or inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requirements to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams and outlets for timely product availability.
- Receive products from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality, expiry dates, batch information and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper arrangement of products according to category, shelf location, FIFO/FEFO principles and retail standards.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged and expired products and prepare necessary reports.
- Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfer requests and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams for smooth product distribution.
- Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and order management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation including receiving records, stock reports, return records, supplier documents etc.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
- Skills: retail management, stock management, store management, pharmacy inventory control, pharmacy operations, inventory management
