We are looking for some skilled HR Officers who will Implement effective strategies for developing organizational culture, manage change, particularly structure in a positive and supportive manner while developing policies and managing procedures. Will be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
- To be responsible for maintaining new employee's worker recruitment process, preparing CV & personal files and update in software.
- Complete new joining formalities, Prepare employee & New Employee ID cards.
- Worker File management, Separation, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.
- Responsible to announce all types of Notices, Pay Slip Distribution, Resign & Lefty, Final settlement, Death Benefit, Maternity Benefit bill preparation and procedure for payment.
- Conduct general HR programs including orientation of new hires, employment law compliance, safety and security, employee relations and performance management.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
- Assist in the implementation of human resource policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize employee performance reviews.
- Any additional general administrative tasks or special initiatives that are delegated by your immediate supervisor.
- Experience: At most 4 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: human resources, hr management, hris management, hr policy, human resources management, hr policy implementation, strategic hr, hr strategy
