Role Description The Officer / Sr. Officer – Customer Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for welcoming and guiding customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth registration and billing process. The position includes managing appointments, coordinating with medical and diagnostic teams, and providing clear information about services, procedures, and report delivery timelines. The role also involves handling customer feedback and concerns, maintaining high standards of service quality, and supporting continuous improvement in customer experience. The Officer / Sr. Officer – Customer Care will work closely with colleagues to uphold the organization’s values of accuracy, compassion, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers throughout their visit.
• Candidates should possess Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive and consistent experience at every touchpoint.
• Candidates should have proficiency in spoken and written communication in Bangla and English, with a courteous and professional manner.
• Candidates should have prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, or front-desk/customer-facing roles; experience in high-volume service environments is an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline; relevant diplomas or certifications in customer care are beneficial.
