- Coordinate all shipment-related activities from the factory to the final destination.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, EXP, GSP/COO, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, C&F agents, and buyers regarding shipment schedules.
- Monitor shipment bookings and ensure timely vessel/flight confirmation.
- Follow up on customs clearance and export procedures as per compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare shipment status reports.
- Resolve shipment-related issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth delivery.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
- Skills: shipment coordination, import logistics, international shipping knowledge, supply chain coordination, logistics coordination, container shipping, international logistics, global logistics, freight forwarding
