- Procurement & Material Planning
- Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
- Source materials as per quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor purchase order status and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Coordinate physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Production Planning Coordination
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability.
- Support production planning based on sales forecasts and inventory.
- Follow up on material shortages and production requirements.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
- Resolve logistics-related issues with transporters and warehouses.
- Maintain logistics documentation and shipment records.
- ERP & Documentation
- Update procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions in ERP.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, and purchase documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.
- Supplier Management
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, and delivery).
- Support vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Support demand planning and supply planning meetings.
- Assist in resolving supply chain operational issues.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial & Production Engineering, or related discipline., MBA/Master's degree will be an added advantage.
