- Execute production plans, line allocation, manpower/machine allocation and line loading.
- Conduct line balancing, capacity study, operation breakdown and resource analysis.
- Monitor hourly production, efficiency, WIP, bottlenecks, loss time and line performance.
- Conduct time study, motion study and work measurement.
- Maintain accurate SMV, Operation Bulletin (OB), capacity data and production standards.
- Prepare and update skill matrix and operator performance records.
- Identify productivity gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial & production engineering (ipe)
- Skills: production management, manufacturing operations management, daily operations management, operation management, production planning, operations management, production scheduling
