- Prepare and analyze garment costing based on SMV, operation breakdown, manpower, machine requirements, efficiency and production parameters.
- Conduct time study, motion study and operation breakdown to establish accurate SMV and support reliable garment costing.
- Prepare pre-costing and costing sheets based on style, product type, construction and production requirements.
- Analyze manpower, machine requirements, line capacity, production efficiency and operation allocation to assess production feasibility.
- Analyze actual vs. estimated SMV, efficiency, labor cost and other IE-related cost elements.
- Identify cost variances and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning and IE teams for costing inputs.
- Prepare costing, SMV, capacity and productivity-related reports.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial & production engineering (ipe)
- Skills: garment costing, technical knowledge of garment production, costing analysis, garment production, garment industry knowledge, costing and budgeting, costing, garment manufacturing, cost engineering, cost planning
