Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and display channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms and publishing calendar.
- Create and schedule engaging content.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage online engagement.
- Content Development
- Develop digital content including posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Website & SEO
- Update website content and product information.
- Support SEO activities to improve website visibility.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track digital marketing KPIs using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign insights.
- Lead Generation
- Support lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with Sales for follow-up.
- Maintain lead databases and campaign records.
- Brand & Market Support
- Monitor competitor digital activities and market trends.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all digital platforms.
- Officer: 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, Retail, or Agency environment.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related discipline., MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Social media management, Content Development, SEO & Website Management, Google Ads & Meta Ads, Digital Analytics & Reporting, Lead generation, Brand Management, Competitor & Market Analysis, Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
