- Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify Opportunities: Track and identify upcoming commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects requiring facade engineering (curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, etc.).
- Target Audience Mapping: Network with prospective clients including real estate developers, main contractors (EPC), architectural firms, facade consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
- Client Relationship & Networking
- Architect/Consultant Emplacement: Regularly visit architectural and facade consulting firms to get the company’s products/systems specified in the initial project design stage.
- Key Account Management: Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Technical Sales & Estimations
- Requirement Gathering: Coordinate with clients and project teams to understand technical specifications, structural drawings, and architectural requirements for facades.
- Proposal & Bidding Support: Work closely with the internal estimation and technical teams to prepare accurate, competitive commercial proposals and technical bids.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Sales Pipeline Management: Provide regular updates, pipeline forecasts, and structured field reports to senior management regarding ongoing leads and conversion rates.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: project engineering, construction industry knowledge, identifying sales opportunities, sales coordination, pre-sales, front office development, architectural glass, sales force development, technical sales, sales support
