Key Responsibilities
- Support to function manager for establishing and continually improvement of the quality management system (QMS) through establishing documented standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Process instructions etc.
- Support to establishing a Quality Culture at work places focusing on customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality and establishing process/ system to maintaining standard quality in different points/levels of raw material sourcing to finished products processing.
- Conducting scheduled/ unscheduled internal QMS/process audits in all processes as assigned by line manager to verify the effectiveness/ compliance of management system.
- Support in conducting training & development of the quality management culture to members and facilitators and problem solving techniques for continual improvement of people skill, product/service quality etc.
- Analyze & report to line manager on the performance of the QMS and any need for continual improvement of processes.
- Will follow-up with respective process owners; that evidence of corrective and preventive actions are taken, recorded and reviewed.
- Aware people on following document & record management according to the procedure for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of documents.
- Schedule and arrange the management meeting, writing meeting minutes, and preserve for the next action.
- Train and manage a team of quality control technicians and use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
- Aware people on following document & record management according to the procedure for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of documents.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in food engineering (fe-food)
- Skills: responsibilities, safety culture development, quality management, quality assurance, security team leadership, safetymanagement, safety culture, safety management, safeguarding adults
