- Assign duties and responsibilities to all Inspectors and Junior Officers within the assigned area.
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of 1st bulk production, coordinating with production teams to maintain the right quality standards.
- Maintain Lot-to-Lot color continuity records, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with relevant departments to sustain consistency.
- Supervise and control each step of the quality flow chart to ensure 100% defect-free products in every production batch.
- Maintain and organize all quality-related documents and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Provide technical and operational training to subordinates to upgrade their skills in quality assurance and process control.
- Monitor and control departmental expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: knowledge of quality control, quality control, quality inspection, quality control procedures, quality assurance, quality management, quality control methods
