- Identify and acquire Training, Capacity Building, Consultancy, Research & Development, and related projects from government, autonomous bodies, development partners, NGOs, and private sector clients.
- Identify, monitor, and evaluate relevant tender and procurement opportunities through government, donor, development partner, and private procurement platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility requirements, technical specifications, financial requirements, and submission conditions to assess opportunities.
- Prepare, coordinate, review, and submit EOIs, RFPs, Technical & Financial Proposals, quotations, and other required tender documents in coordination with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Accounts, and Technical teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of proposals and tenders.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, NGOs, development partners, consultants, clients, suppliers, and business partners to support business development and tender activities.
- Manage client communication and follow-up from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and project initiation.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the development of strategic client relationships and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain an organized database of tenders, proposals, contracts, project references, clients, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual business/sales targets and provide regular updates on progress.
- Attend internal and external meetings, client visits, and relevant business events, representing SIMEC Foundation professionally.
- Prepare and maintain sales, client visit, tender, and project-related reports and documentation.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: supplier development, project support, competitive tendering, supplier management, it procurement, project reporting & documentation, businessdevelopment, sponsorship sales, procurement processes
