- Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control parameters across production processes.
- Perform laboratory testing, maintain test records, and prepare quality reports.
- Identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure consistent product quality and raw material compliance.
- Supervise inspection activities and provide technical guidance to QC personnel.
- Ensure product specifications, glaze application, and green product quality meet approved standards.
- Maintain all QC registers, laboratory records, and testing documentation.
- Submit weekly and monthly quality reports to the QC In-Charge.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, company policies, and management directives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: diploma in glass & ceramic technology
- Skills: quality control, quality inspection, quality management, quality control methods, quality assurance
