- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with international telecom carriers and business partners.
- Communicate with international partners through email, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Support the team in identifying and establishing new carrier/interconnection opportunities.
- Follow up with existing partners to maintain business and explore opportunities to increase traffic.
- Assist in rate negotiation with international carriers and suppliers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect and compare Voice & SMS rates from different carriers and identify competitive opportunities.
- Support the evaluation of carriers for bilateral, one-way, and SWAP business.
- Prepare basic business analysis, traffic reports, forecasts, and business cases.
- Monitor market trends, international carrier rates, and competitor activities to develop industry knowledge.
- Maintain proper records of carrier information, rates, agreements, and business communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Routing, Billing, Finance, and Operations for smooth business execution.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly business targets.
- Bring new ideas to improve business opportunities and develop new routes.
- Share relevant information and market updates with team members.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the required timeline.
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
