- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor manpower utilization and line balancing.
- Support management in achieving production targets with optimal resource use.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial engineering
