- Communication with CNF & Transport.
- Good Knowledge about SCM (Supply chain management) about Foreign/Local Procurement.
- Need to knowledge about ERP system (Requisition, PO etc)
- Bill Adjustment (CNF, Transport).
- Bill of Entry (Collection, Preserve)
- Bill of Entry - Preserve Original hard copy & Also SCAN copy.
- Bill of Entry Distribution to Concern Department (Bond, VAT & BANK)
- Apply for BTMA Certificate & follow up.
- Follow up with VAT Department for Certificate for BTMA Undertaking release from customs.
- To execute Procurement activities
- To Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
- To Monitoring goods movements to avoid supplier delays, follow up of goods receiving, ensuring and confirming the required quality and quantity of goods receipt by store/warehouse.
- Ensure Cost control through effective Inventory Management.
- Ensure proper management of Identifying & segregation of damaged / expired/ rejected/ redundant/ non-moving or unusable stock and managing their disposal in time.
- To prepare & submit various kinds of reports as and when required.
- Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Good Knowledge about HS Code & ERP System
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: masters in any discipline
- Skills: supply chain operations, supply chain knowledge, procurement processes, supplychainmanagement, supply chain management, procurement, supply management, supply chain management, procurement software
