- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with company policies. Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and smooth exit formalities for departing employees. Prepare and distribute employee ID card. Ensure timely distribution of uniform.
- HR Operations & Data Management:
- Update and maintain employee information in HR software and databases. Prepare and circulate monthly employee database reports and other HR reports as needed. Coordinate employee confirmation and transfer procedures. Manage employee separation processes.
- Recruitment & Selection (Executive & Worker):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for both executive and worker-level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process. Update and maintain recruitment-related forms and documentation.
- Compliance & Process Coordination:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and legal regulations. Document verification & support for social compliance audit.
- General Support:
- Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: human resources, hr policies and procedures, hr management, human resources management, hris management, hr compliance, employee management, hr policy implementation
