PURPOSE STATEMENT
Provides a smooth order fulfillment process so that goods are being processed and delivered in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
Apex Footwear Limited (Unit-2) is responsible for fulfilling demand for footwear, non-footwear, leather, and synthetic products through marketing channels consisting of approximately 250 own retail outlets, 200 franchisee outlets, wholesale/distribution, and e-commerce.
The job holder will look after the product allocation plan and on-time product distribution.

PURPOSE STATEMENT
Provides a smooth order fulfillment process so that goods are being processed and delivered in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare product allocation plans for all channels and individual retail stores as per store classification.
- Manage SKU allocation in retail stores based on display capacity.
- Monitor channel-wise and store-wise sales and prepare action plans to achieve Revenue and Volume targets for the assigned category.
- Track article-wise store-level sales and prepare action plans for slow-moving articles.
- Plan for NOOS articles and achieve targets as per plan.
- Maintain Store × Article and Store × Pairs-wise assortment as per company target.
- Prepare and share inter-transfer plans for allocated categories across stores.
- Maintain 4 Months SFM (Stock for Month) in each retail store.
- Maintain maximum 4 months aging in the Central Distribution Centre and 5 months in the Virtual Warehouse.
