- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Receive and attend to visitors, clients, buyers, candidates and other guests.
- Handle incoming calls, receive messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate interview candidates and provide necessary guidance upon arrival.
- Maintain visitor records and issue/collect visitor cards as required.
- Assist with basic administrative and front office activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times.
- Escalate any important matters to the concerned authority.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management/HR Department.
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of arts
