The role is to ensure efficient and time-bound distribution of polymer products to customers and responsible for managing logistics, inventory and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with the production department and logistics teams to schedule polymer product shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are documented and maintained.
- Team up with transport service providers to arrange time-bound deliveries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints regarding deliveries.
- Implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all distribution activities.
- Generate regular reports on distribution metrics and performance indicators.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
