- Manage daily office operations, security, cleanliness, maintenance, and vendor procurement.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, late records, and daily HR register maintenance.
- Maintain complete physical and digital employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Support monthly payroll processing, overtime calculations, and employee ID card issuance.
- Oversee employee welfare, workplace safety, hygiene standards, and emergency first-aid arrangements.
- Ensure workplace harmony, handle basic grievances, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
