- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Support office staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver and collect official documents, letters, and parcels as instructed.
- Assist with purchasing and collecting office supplies and other necessary items.
- Support meetings, events, and other office activities.
- Maintain basic records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in general office errands and administrative tasks.
- Handle documents and office information with confidentiality.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
