THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, organization and professional presentation of Estavin’s corporate office.
- We are looking for someone who notices the details, takes ownership of their responsibilities and takes genuine pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean workplace.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the office.
- Clean and maintain reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, corridors and common areas.
- Maintain washrooms to excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean office furniture, desks, doors, glass surfaces and designated fixtures.
- Maintain clean and presentable floors and common areas.
- Empty waste bins and ensure appropriate waste disposal.
- Clean and reset meeting rooms as required.
- Conduct regular cleanliness checks throughout the working day.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Notify administration before cleaning supplies require replenishment.
- Promptly report maintenance, damage or facility issues.
- Handle company property carefully and responsibly.
- Experience:
- Education: diploma in any discipline
- Skills: janitorial services, professional cleaning, housekeeping management, cleaning and maintenance, housekeeping
